Refund policy

US Returns

- We accept returns in new, unused condition and original packaging within 30 days of order delivery.

- To request a return for items purchased on allhungup.co, please email sales@allhungup.co with your name, order number, and which item you wish to return.

- Once return is received, it may take up to seven days for the refund to process on our end.

 

International Returns

• International sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

 

Exchanges

• Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item.
